• Vendor Management: Hiring and supervising contractors, cleaners, and other service providers.

4. By-Laws and Dispute Resolution

• By-Law Enforcement: Ensuring residents comply with the building’s by-laws or rules.

• Dispute Resolution: Acting as a mediator for disputes between residents or owners regarding shared property issues.

5. Insurance Management

• Policy Management: Organizing building insurance for common areas.

• Claims Handling: Managing insurance claims on behalf of the owners’ corporation.

6. Communication

• Liaison Role: Acting as a point of contact between property owners, tenants, and contractors.

• Owner Support: Addressing owner inquiries and providing advice on strata matters.
